• Coordinates all listing activities and tasks from the moment we are hired to sell your home, until it is in escrow.

• Gathers all disclosures and pertinent documents and obtains all necessary signatures throughout the sale

• Facilitates a smooth sale, working closely with escrow and title, ensuring timelines are followed.
